Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Punos handles information when you use the website, canvas, Chrome extension, AI features, and services you choose to connect.
Punos is operated by an independent developer.
What we collect
We collect the email address used for sign-in; the pages, notes, tasks, prompts, and other content you save; connection identifiers and encrypted OAuth credentials for services you authorize; and limited security, device, and request logs needed to operate Punos. Browser content is captured only when you explicitly choose Save page to Punos.
How we use data
We use information to authenticate you, store and sync your canvas, return search and AI responses, operate connected services at your request, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve reliability. Punos does not sell personal information or use canvas content for advertising.
Connected services
Google Calendar, Gmail, Linear, Todoist, and Notion are accessed only after you authorize them. Punos requests the minimum initial read permission and stores provider tokens encrypted. You can disconnect a service in Settings. Each provider also processes data under its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Canvas and account data is kept while your account is active. You can delete canvas items and disconnect services in the product. Contact Punos to request account deletion or a copy of your data. Limited security and legal records may be retained when required.
Security
Punos uses encrypted transport, restricted Cloudflare bindings, encrypted provider credentials, short-lived authorization state, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so report suspected account misuse promptly.
Your choices
You control what you save, which services you connect, and whether to submit a question to Punos AI. You may disconnect providers, delete canvas items, change language and theme preferences, or request account deletion.
