Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Punos, including the website, canvas, Chrome extension, AI features, and services you choose to connect.
Punos is operated by an independent developer.
Agreement
By using Punos, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement where you live.
Your account
You are responsible for access to your sign-in email and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep access secure, and notify Punos if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your content
You retain rights to content you place in Punos. You give Punos the limited permission needed to host, process, sync, and display that content and to provide features you request. You must have the right to save and process the content you submit.
Connected services
Connected services remain governed by their own terms. You authorize Punos to access only the permissions you grant. Provider availability, limits, and changes are outside Punos control, and you may disconnect a service at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use Punos to break the law, violate others’ rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape accounts without permission, or submit content you are not entitled to process.
AI features
AI responses can be incomplete or wrong. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions. Punos does not claim AI output is professional advice.
Service changes
Punos may add, change, suspend, or remove features as the product develops. When a material change affects these terms, the updated date will change and reasonable notice will be provided when practical.
Availability and responsibility
Punos is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by third-party services. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
